The Contract Vehicle
The Navy’s Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract — Territorial Integrity of the United States (WEXMAC TITUS) is NAVSUP’s IDIQ vehicle for expeditionary supplies and services across all six phases of joint operations (JP 4-10). Hong Ye has supported the WEXMAC program since its 2021 launch and holds a TITUS prime position carried into the 2.2 expansion — the only prime contractor headquartered in the CNMI.
